LINDSEY KRAFT

On (almost) effortless creating, shadow projection, the (sometimes) razor thin line between story and truth, and the meaning of bravery.

Lindsey Kraft is an actor, writer, improviser, and most recently a singer-songwriter. Most people recognize her from the Netflix show Grace & Frankie and from the HBO series Getting On. But you may also know her from her starring role on the CBS show Living Biblically, her recent run on Why Women Kill, or from any of her countless TV and Film appearances, like on The Connors, or The Big Bang Theory or so so much more.

QUOTES FROM THIS EPISODE

9:19 ~ “I'm messy. Things about me are messy and that that's OK. I don't need to be polished up.”

26:44 ~ “Every time I'm like, ‘I can't do it,’ and then I sort of learn, it really helps [me] understand so much more about the bigger picture of everything.”

1:10:19 ~ “I think I'm just trying to get the most out of life, really, to be honest. And really try to be as expansive and as authentic as I can be in this lifetime. And feel like 'just get my art out there,' so people can connect. I feel like that's all. That's all I ever want to do is connect."
